Baltimore Man, 24, Killed On Facebook Live While Hosting A Party

A 24-year-old Baltimore man was killed while hosting a game night party and streaming it on Facebook Live.

Ernest Wilson III was shot dead after video showed him walking through the house party around 3 a.m. Saturday morning, local news reports.

The selfie video shows him go into the backyard where a suspect is then seen climbing over the fence.

Someone can be heard ordering Wilson to get on the ground. Commotion ensues, and then the recording ends.

Wilson was shot, then taken to the hospital where he died.

In the wake of the incident, Councilman Eric Costello shared a statement on Facebook, saying, “The victim did not live here, but was renting out a short term rental for a ‘game night’ he planned to have with his friends. Two individuals entered the property and announced a robbery and subsequently shot and killed the victim.”

The Baltimore Sun reported that according to Wilson’s social media pages, he regularly hosted parties around the city and was charging $5 for people to attend that night.
