In another day of being black, a man was arrested for following his doctor’s order to go for a walk, after recovering from pneumonia. 24-year-old Shaquille Dukes was admitted to the hospital in Freeport for pneumonia and was advised by doctors to go for a walk outside as long as he remained on the hospital’s
