Rapper B.o.B. is at the center of several heinous allegations, which will soon play out in court.
According to a lawsuit filed in San Diego on November 7, a woman, described as a married mother of two and cancer survivor, claims she attended the Tequila & Taco Music Festival in April, where she was excited to see the “Nothin’ On You” star perform. During his set, she says he invited her on stage to dance to the Ying Yang Twins’ “Whistle While You Twerk,” something she claims is common at his shows. After the performance, the victim alleges B.o.B.’s manager extended an invitation to a nearby private party.
According to court documents obtained by Complex, “[She] viewed the unexpected invitation as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to hang out with one of the biggest stars in Hip Hop, whose music played a major role in keeping her emotionally healthy to continue her arduous struggle against cancer.”
Later that night, she and her cousin arrived at the Westin Hotel, where they were escorted to a penthouse suite. The woman says she declined marijuana-laced gummies, concerned they might be laced with something stronger. After her cousin left to retrieve a jacket from the car, B.o.B. allegedly began groping her.
The artist then tried to spread her legs and said, “What makes you think I won’t kiss you right now,” before kissing her, the lawsuit stated. She claims his wife walked in, but this did not deter B.o.B. Instead, the spouse was allegedly told to leave. The lawsuit states his team witnessed the encounter and failed to stop the act.
