Bobby Shmurda is taking a stand for Diddy, and he’s doing it by questioning the women who have come forward with claims against the music mogul.

During a sit-down on “The Real Report” with Tony Yayo and Uncle Murda, the Brooklyn rapper didn’t hold back his thoughts on the situation by calling for Diddy’s release. Even though Diddy is currently serving time, Bobby made it clear that he isn’t buying the stories being told in the media or the courtroom.
Free my n***a Diddy, man,” Shmurda said. “I know n***as ain’t f**king with Diddy, but free Diddy, man.”
The conversation got heated as Bobby addressed the “freak-off” parties that have dominated headlines. While the lawsuits suggest these events were coercive, Bobby argued that this kind of wild behavior is nothing new in certain circles, claiming that some people involved are now trying to “trap” the mogul after the fact.
“I’m gonna talk my peace, you heard? ‘Cuz we be f**king b***hes in the hood. N***as be f**king running the trains on the b***hes in the hood, but I don’t know about the watching the n***a while you doing the other s**t,” he explained. “The freak-off parties, I get that. ‘Cuz y’all b***hes on the ‘gram, y’all know y’all was doing that in the hood, too, to trap n***as. Don’t be acting like we had y’all on the spot. It’s like 10 b***hes, it’s like four n***as wildin’.”
Bobby also touched on the wave of public perception, mentioning that he hasn’t even tuned into the Netflix documentary executive produced by 50 Cent. For him, the legal battle feels more like a target being placed on a successful man rather than a search for the truth.
“I know people be lying and I know how far lies be going,” he said. Despite his defense, Bobby clarified that he doesn’t actually have a close bond with Diddy. “I’m a gangsta, bro. Listen, I don’t believe allegations … Now the reason I don’t believe that s**t—when you a n***a that f**k wild b***hes, people try you, you know what I’m saying?”
As of now, Diddy remains incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. After participating in a drug rehab program while in custody, his release date was recently moved up to April 15, 2028.
While he serves his 50-month sentence, the hip-hop community continues to be split over his legacy and the serious charges brought against him.
