After several social media rants and even dragging her fans for questioning her marriage, Cardi B brought in New Year’s with Offset.
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper made the revelation during a Twitter Spaces on Monday. After fans spotted them partying together in a Miami nightclub, she decided to address hanging out with her husband.
“Was I clubbing with my baby father yesterday? Yes. Did I get dicked down yesterday? Absolutely baby,” she shared, much calmer than in her previous online speeches.
In recent weeks, Cardi had a meltdown on Instagram Live over Offset’s treatment of her, which followed her announcing they were no longer together. She then went off on her fans, who began speculating that they reconciled after spending Christmas together. Cardi blasted Bardi Gang for spreading the incorrect information after the two were spotted with their children at a Travis Scott concert. After so much online drama, Monday’s Twitter Space wasn’t exactly shocking.
Despite their New Year hookup, Cardi says they are not back together. Instead, she says they have to work on their issues; she even told listeners they were going to therapy. Several people on social media accused the Grammy award winner of pulling a publicity stunt, though she maintains her marital issues are still present.
Aside from their personal drama, Cardi and Offset are being sued by a California landlord, who claims the couple trashed the home they were renting from him. The landlord argues they vacated the property in October without notice and had been behind on rent and utility payments. Neither Cardi nor Offset has responded to this publicly.
