If you’re like me, you’re really happy that Charlotte has reacquired the “Hornets” name and dropped that awful “Bobcats” mascot. While it’s about nostalgia for you, it’s about selling my vintage Starter jacket on eBay, for me. Either way, with the old name comes some brand new uniforms for the 2014-15 season.
Charlotte is getting three new jerseys in their traditional colors. A purple away jersey, a turquoise alternate jersey and a white home jersey. Despite the NBA’s deal with adidas, the Hornets worked with Nike’s Jordan brand on the designs of the new uniforms. Do we like them?
