In the lawsuit filed this pass Monday it states that Allison is trying to “unjustly enrich herself” by using his name. Bosh is suing for damages and an injunction to block the media company from trademark infringement.
Though the reality television show is titled, ‘Basketball Wives,’ the featured women in the show are not the current wives of NBA players,” the lawsuit says. The show “provides these women with a vehicle and worldwide platform to use the names of players without permission for commercial gain.
I hope she is able to be on the show. How juicy would that be?
