Chris Brown is looking a lot healthier since spending the last two months in rehab. Wearing a charcoal grey suit, a fresh shave and returning to his signature dark hair, the singer was allowed to go to DC where he would attend court for a Felony Assault case stemming from his arrest on October 27th.
