Coffee Mate Plant-Based Almond & Oat Milk Creamers Are Coming to a Walmart Near You

Coffee Mate has introduced plant-based options for coffee lovers looking for a healthier morning cup of Joe.

Nestlé, the parent company of the widely popular brand of coffee creamer, announced this week that it would be launching Coffee Mate Plant-Based Almond & Oat Milk Creamers. The plant-based creamer will be available in Caramel and French Vanilla. This new formula is perfect for coffee lovers avoiding dairy and cholesterol.

Leonardo Aizpuru, Senior Director of Brand Marketing and Leader of the Creamer Business Unit at Nestlé, said stepping into the plant-based arena with Coffee Mate was “only natural.”

“Now everyone can have the best of both worlds – the delicious taste of Coffee Mate, featuring plant-based ingredients,” Aizpuru said in a statement.

The company promises that the creamers have the same smooth, buttery taste that buyers have grown to love. The creamers come in 28-ounce bottles for $4.29 per bottle.

Coffee Mate Plant-Based Almond & Oat Milk Creamers will debut first in select Walmart stores in October. Beginning in January, the brew flavoring will start appearing in other grocery stores nationwide.

While this may be the first plant-based option for Coffee Mate, Nestlé previously introduced its Natural Bliss line, which features a variety of all-natural flavored coffee creamers.
