Scandal star, Columbus Short, is being investigated for his role in a bar fight which landed the other guy in a hospital. Investigators say the incident took place on March 15 around 10:45am at Gabe's Bar and Grill in Los Angeles. Short was celebrating his new engagement when he got into an argument with a partygoer.
