Cop Arrested For Masturbating In Front Of Women Who Called For Help With Violent Relative

A California police officer is facing charges after masturbating in front of two women seeking help with a disturbance at their home.

San Jose Police Officer Matthew Dominguez was taken into custody on Thursday, stemming from the disgusting incident that took place on April 21st. At around 6:30 p.m., Dominguez and two other officers responded to a home where a family was reporting their violently mentally ill son showing up despite having a restraining order against him. Once there, Dominguez took an immediate interest in the family’s 23-year-old daughter. As he took the lead role in the investigation, he sent the other two officers to look for the son while he stayed behind, speaking almost exclusively to the young woman.

The 32-year-old perverted officer followed her throughout the residence. When the daughter handed him her brother’s GPS tracking device, Dominguez boldly unzipped his pants, placed his hand inside his zipper, and rubbed his crotch area in front of the woman and her mother. Moments later, Dominguez pulled his penis outside his pants and continued pleasuring himself. Both women fled the home, the daughter contacting an uncle to tell him about the incident, as the mother told her husband. The husband ran into the house upon learning what had transpired. He found the officer in the kitchen holding his erect penis in his left hand with his right hand on the counter. The father fled as well, and moments later, Dominguez exited the house and “went back to work.” Both the husband and uncle immediately reported Dominguez’s behavior.

Dominguez was charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure. If convicted, he could receive a year in jail and ten years on a sexual offender list. He is currently on administrative leave.
