Damon Dash is taking things to court, and he’s not holding back. The Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder has filed a formal legal demand against Cam’ron for a jaw-dropping $300 million, accusing the Harlem rapper of crossing personal and professional boundaries.
According to legal documents, Dash, his partner Raquel Horn, and The Dash Group claim Cam’ron defamed Dash by calling him a “liar” on Instagram and undermining his credibility in business. The filings also allege that Cam’ron harassed Horn, attacked Dash’s family, and interfered with several of his business deals, including a cannabis venture and a clothing company.
Dash argues that Cam’ron’s actions damaged his reputation, caused emotional distress, and disrupted his financial interests. The letter even points to older incidents, like leaking private Roc-A-Fella business conversations, as proof of a “pattern of sabotage.”
The demands are clear: Cam’ron must stop making public attacks, retract his statements, hand over profits from certain business ventures, and pay $300 million in damages.

Dame also took to Instagram to explain his decision. He said while violence is not an option, Cam’ron forced his hand by bringing his family into the conflict. Comparing the situation to The Godfather, Dash wrote, “This is my version of how the Godfather handled Fredo… We’ll just have to let a judge decide like businessmen.”
In the same post, Dash warned Cam’ron about his assets and made it clear that protecting his wife and kids is his top priority.
