According to TMZ, after three years of dating, Fisher popped the question on April 7th during a small get together at their Los Angeles-area home. At the event, surrounded by their children and Gloria’s nephew, the 43-year-old got down on one knee and asked for Govan’s hand in marriage, to which she said, “YES!”
