Just months after testifying in Diddy’s criminal trial, celebrity stylist Deonte Nash has filed a lawsuit accusing the music mogul of a decade of abuse behind closed doors.
In a complaint filed in Los Angeles, Nash claims Diddy groped him, sexually assaulted him multiple times, and used fear and power to maintain control. The allegations include nipple pinching, inappropriate touching, and an incident where Nash says Diddy forced his hand onto the mogul’s exposed genitals.
The lawsuit also outlines disturbing physical assaults. Nash says that in 2013, Diddy violently strangled him after he stepped in to protect Cassie Ventura during a brutal attack.
“I imminently feared for my life,” Nash said of that moment. He also describes another choking incident when Diddy found out he had dinner with Cassie.
Nash alleges Diddy repeatedly mocked his sexuality to demean and control him. “Combs sexually assaulted Mr. Nash in this manner over and over for more than a decade,” the lawsuit reads. Nash also claims he was once chased on the freeway by Diddy and his driver at nearly 100 mph.
“After enduring years of abuse, I finally found the courage during the criminal trial, and I am now ready to take action,” Nash said. “His abuse has consistently affected every part of my life… the damage cannot be ignored.”
Diddy’s attorney Erica Wolff pushed back, calling Nash “another opportunist” and stating, “In court, the truth will prevail… Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone.”
Nash is suing for sexual battery, false imprisonment, gender violence, and more. He says the threats continued even after his employment ended. “I am reclaiming my story and demanding the justice I deserve.”
