Sex worker Clayton Howard’s lawsuit against Diddy just got a lot more public than he ever wanted. Howard’s private medical records, including a herpes diagnosis, were uploaded to the federal court system before a judge ruled on whether they should be sealed.
Howard had warned the court this could cause real harm and cited HIPAA protections. He requested immediate removal. Judge Anne Hwang denied the initial motion but gave him until August 4th to refile. In the meantime, she ordered some documents sealed temporarily.
Howard’s lawsuit accuses Diddy and Cassie of years of sexual abuse and drug-fueled parties. He also claims Cassie gave him herpes and terminated a pregnancy without his knowledge.
Meanwhile, Diddy’s legal troubles continue as he awaits sentencing on October 3rd.
