DMX Remains On Life Support Following Heart Attack, Lawyer Says Previous Comment Was A “Misstatement”

DMX is still on life support in a Westchester hospital after suffering a heart attack, despite previous reports.

According to Page Six, X’s longtime lawyer clarified earlier comments he made to a NY news station claiming the rapper was taken off life support and breathing independently.

A worried Murray Richman told Page Six on Saturday night that “it doesn’t look good” and explained that his earlier information was a “misstatement.”

Instead, the updated information sounds less hopeful after the 50-year-old rapper suffered a heart attack on Friday.

“A lot of people are gathering at the hospital,” Richman said, revealing that his client is surrounded by friends and family members, including his first wife Tashera and many of his 15 children.
