Back in May we reported that a young woman was accusing LA Lakers player, Nick Young, of drugging her and raping her after meeting at a Hollywood bar. We actually figured this story was false. Not only because we know Nick Young will send you home with at least $300, we also know that when the story was originally reported back in May, Jane Doe was talking a lawsuit just hours after the alleged rape. You know, instead of talking about locking her rapist up, like a normal person would. Well, it looks like Nick Young is one step closer to being cleared of any wrong doing because police say his DNA does not match that of whoever “raped” Jane Doe.
Young’s legal team believes the lack of DNA evidence should be enough to dismiss Doe’s sexual battery suit. Young is asking the judge to toss the case, and rightfully so.
