Dwyane Wade Takes A Fan To Prom

In between games Miami Heat’s Dwyane Wade likes to do a little something nice for the kids. Last night, D.Wade surprised Nicole Muxo, a high school senior, when he showed up at her prom unexpectedly.

Persistence seemed to have worked for the high school senior who continuously made Youtube videos, instagram posts and sent the Baller DM’s on Twitter asking for him to come to her prom.

“She continued to keep going for it – no matter how many times I said I am going to be busy,” Wade said. So, he decided to say yes when he was DM’d the address “just in case”.

Wade called Muxo moments before walking into the prom “to tell her to have a good night” but did not tell her that he was outside. After they ended the call, he walked in. He definitely made this teenager’s dream come true.

That was awfully nice of D. Wade. I hope this girl doesn’t take up stalking and “persistence” as her way of getting what she wants in adulthood though. Wade’s better than me, I would’ve blocked her
