Smash or Pass? E-40 Drops Chicken & Waffle Ice Cream As Part Of His Popular Goon With The Spoon Line

E-40 is expanding his ice cream line with an all-new flavor that ties in a brunch classic. 

The “Choices” rapper has added the new chicken and waffles flavor to his Goon With The Spoon creamery. Chicken and waffles is the first of many soul food dishes that will soon be morphed into a frozen custard. 

This interesting ice cream is created in collaboration with snack company Flock Foods and incorporates Flock Chicken Chips, waffle pieces, maple syrup, and brown butter ice cream.

On Monday, the west coast MC turned chef announced that the new delicacy is available in Walmart stores. This is a massive accomplishment for E-40, considering that Goon With The Spoon ice cream collection was just launched in April. At the time, it was only available in small stores throughout the west coast but had not yet been introduced to a major retailer. Initial flavors included Salted Caramel, Cookie Dough, Mint Chocolate, Bourbon Vanilla, Strawberry, and Vanilla Bean.

While the dessert leg of the company is still fairly new, GWTS previously released packaged burritos and sausages last year, which are available in Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Sausage, Philly Cheesesteak Chicken Sausages, and Hot Beef Sausages.

Aside from quality eats, E-40 is also the founder and owner of the wine brand Earl Stevens Selections, which debuted in 2013. Since then, the beverage line has expanded to include Sweet Red, Mangoscato, Moscato, Tropiscato, and the popular Chardonnay.
