El DeBarge Arrested For Felony Vandalism After Smashing a Car Windshield

Over the weekend, El DeBarge enjoyed (or not) an overnight stay in the big house after he went Jasmine Sullivan on someone’s car.

According to TMZ, the incident occurred on Friday in the San Fernando Valley after the “Rhythm of the Night” singer got into a heated argument. Amid the melee, DeBarge reportedly chased the man out of a house with a wrench.

When the two came face to face near an RV, DeBarge reportedly smashed the car’s windshield with the wrench, prompting the man to call the police. As a result, DeBarge was arrested for felony vandalism.

He spent the night behind bars, but posted a $20k bail the following day.
