Shahara Simmons, the wife of NBA free agent Elton Brand, filed for a divorce from her husband, shortly before the couple were to celebrate their 9th anniversary. According to Shahara's docs, the separation has been (at least) months in the making, with she and Elton hashing out the separation of assets back in April. The only
