A fresh drop of Department of Justice records connected to Jeffrey Epstein is making waves online after an FBI intake form surfaced naming Harvey Weinstein and Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter in an unverified allegation.

The document, dated July 2019, reflects a tip submitted to federal authorities by a woman whose identity remains redacted. According to the intake form, she claimed she was abducted from her home in the mid-1990s and later awoke in what she believed was Epstein’s Florida mansion.

In her account, the woman alleged that Weinstein was present and sexually assaulted her. The same document states that Jay-Z was also in the room at the time. The form does not include evidence, witness corroboration, or investigative findings supporting the claim.

The woman further alleged that similar incidents occurred multiple times, saying she estimated being abducted on seven occasions and waking up each time in what she described as an opulent indoor setting.
