Jay-Z's Lawyer Files Motion to Dismiss Accuser's "Sham" Lawsuit Over Inconsistencies in Her Story

A fresh drop of Department of Justice records connected to Jeffrey Epstein is making waves online after an FBI intake form surfaced naming Harvey Weinstein and Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter in an unverified allegation.

The document, dated July 2019, reflects a tip submitted to federal authorities by a woman whose identity remains redacted. According to the intake form, she claimed she was abducted from her home in the mid-1990s and later awoke in what she believed was Epstein’s Florida mansion.

In her account, the woman alleged that Weinstein was present and sexually assaulted her. The same document states that Jay-Z was also in the room at the time. The form does not include evidence, witness corroboration, or investigative findings supporting the claim.

The woman further alleged that similar incidents occurred multiple times, saying she estimated being abducted on seven occasions and waking up each time in what she described as an opulent indoor setting. The document does not indicate that law enforcement confirmed the location, identities, or events described.

It is critical to note that this material comes from a raw FBI intake report. Such reports are records of what someone told authorities, not determinations of fact. The Department of Justice has not charged Jay-Z with any crime, and the documents do not state that he was investigated or found to have engaged in wrongdoing.

Weinstein, on the other hand, is a convicted sex offender currently serving a prison sentence for separate, proven offenses. His inclusion in the intake form aligns with a documented history of criminal behavior, though the specific allegation described in this report was not adjudicated.

The DOJ Epstein document release includes millions of pages, ranging from verified records to unvetted tips and complaints. Officials have acknowledged that the presence of a name in these files does not equal guilt or confirmation of an allegation.
