New Music Friday is turning up the heat this week with a string of singles that serve as a perfect way to kick off the weekend.

EST Gee returns with his latest delivery, “Thug Club,” following months of speculation surrounding what’s next for the Louisville rapper. Gee kicked off 2025 strong with his second studio album, “I Aint Feeling You.” Gee’s third album, “My World,” was introduced just months later in June. While his moves seemed promising, Gee’s Welcome to My World tour was scrapped, allegedly due to low ticket sales. Nevertheless, this lyricist has continued to push forward, and “Thug Club” is yet another hard-hitting example of why this CMG star is worthy of rap praise, despite the possible hiccups.

Lil Baby follows suit with the flashy yet reflective “Real S**t.” Continuing his Wham Wednesday routine, Baby dropped this track in the middle of the week, a practice that has kept fans engaged for several months. The Atlanta superstar has long teased that an album was on the way, which would follow January’s “Wham.” Although no release date has been shared, Wham Wednesday consistently offers a steady stream of solid singles for Baby’s loyal fans.

Key Glock likely has another hit on his hands with “A+.” Key Glock raps about his perfect woman, who quite literally has earned an A+ in his book. Though he’s known for his Memphis street flair, the 28-year-old has built a rapport with the ladies thanks to his viral megahit, “She Ready.” Now with another smooth mood piece under his belt, Glock is showing no signs of slowing down.
