According to TMZ, Flavor Flav was attacked on Tuesday at the South Point Casino in Vegas.
The hype man told officials that the suspect, who has since been identified as Ugandi Howard, swung on him after he accused Flav of disrespecting his mother.
According to TMZ, Flav said Howard punched him in the face, and kicked him while he was on the ground. But, to be clear, Flav said he only fell because he pulled his groin muscle. Nevertheless, the entire incident was caught on the casino surveillance video.
After the incident, Howard was taken into custody, cited for battery and released. Meanwhile, Flav went to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
