The BESTILLMOVEMENT is an advocacy organization designed to show the world just how much Black Lives Matter. Even to those that do not value the lives of black people.
The protest is meant to consist of the black community standing in solidarity and relieve themselves from work. On July 4th, 2020, from 3-4 pm, this grassroots organization is summoning the entire black community to stop working all at once, regardless of the occupation. Basketball players will take a time out for an hour, bus drivers will pull over, etc. The point will be to show how essential black lives are to maintaining society.
The BESTILLMOVEMENT has drafted a set of laws that will hold police officers and members of law enforcement accountable for any act of police brutality. The Police Brutality Safe Citizen Act (PBSC) will result in clear consequences for police officers and members of law enforcement directly involved in the death of an unarmed citizen. This protest will help black communities across the world. There is also a petition to sign to help the cause.
