A California dentist is facing heavy criticism after a viral video allegedly showed her mocking Democratic patients and flaunting her political beliefs inside her dental practice.
Dr. Harleen Grewal, who owns Skyline Smiles and MindBody Infusion, can allegedly be seen in the video describing how she displays photos of Republican politicians on her office “wall of fame” and how some patients leave when they notice. She reportedly goes on to say that she wears a “Make Your Smile Great Again” hat while treating patients and even asks Democrats who complain about prices, “How’s Bidenomics working for you?”
The clip has quickly spread across social media, with many users questioning whether politics should ever factor into healthcare or dentistry.

In another video circulating online, Dr. Grewal told her backstory of how she became a business owner. She explained that she was born in England, raised in India, and later moved to the U.S. after dental school. After completing studies at USC and marrying her husband, the two opened a neurology office together. She eventually launched Skyline Smiles and a med spa during the pandemic, describing it as the American dream she had envisioned as a child.
While her personal journey reflects determination and success, the viral clip has many people concerned. The idea that a doctor might allegedly treat patients differently based on political views has been described as unprofessional and unsettling.
Healthcare and dentistry should focus on patient care, not political loyalty. If what was said in the viral video reflects her actual approach, it’s a disturbing reminder of how polarized even everyday spaces like a dentist’s office have become.
