Insomnia Cookies Is Letting Couples Have Late-Night Valentine’s Dates Inside the Bakery

Valentine’s Day plans just got sweeter for couples who would rather skip steak dinners and lean into dessert first. Insomnia Cookies is rolling out its first-ever Valentine’s Day dine-in reservations, turning select bakeries into cozy late-night date spots filled with warm cookies, milk, and serious sugar vibes. Instead of fighting for tables at crowded restaurants, couples can post up inside the bakery and let the oven do the talking.

The reservation-only experience runs Thursday, February 12, and Friday, February 13, from 8 p.m. to midnight local time. Bookings are available now for Insomnia Rewards members through the brand’s website, and space is limited. So yes, this is very much a move-fast situation.

Each reservation comes with a $30 prix fixe package made for sharing. Couples get a six-pack of Insomnia’s signature warm cookies, three dipping sauces including milk chocolate, white chocolate, and caramel, plus two bottles of milk to wash it all down.

“As the late-night bakery known for delivering warm, delicious cookies, Insomnia is excited to introduce our in-store Valentine’s Day reservations in honor of one of the most indulgent times of the year,” said Seth Berkowitz, founder and CEO of Insomnia Cookies. “We look forward to sharing our love for warm cookies with our Insomniacs to continue creating meaningful connections with consumers rooted in insatiable cravings.”

Reservations are available in select cities like Atlanta, Brooklyn, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, Toronto-area Ottawa, and more.

Even if you miss a table, Insomnia still has Valentine’s treats on deck. Seasonal cookies, new dipping sauces, and a limited Cherub Chunk 12-pack are all part of the holiday rollout.
