Ja Rule has dominated music for over two decades, and now the New York rapper has his eyes set on a new journey.

The “Always On Time” star spoke with Baller Alert during this year’s Angel Ball, where he shed light on his future plans. When asked what was one thing he had yet to try, Ja wasted no time answering, “retirement.”
“I wanna retire and get fat. That’s what I wanna do. Ja Rule has never done that,” he laughed.
The 49-year-old recently announced he will soon become a grandfather. His daughter, Britney Atkins, revealed that she was expecting a child with her husband, Tevin Aitken. Since then, Ja has gloated about the exciting news across several platforms. According to the father of three, spending quality time and relaxing with his grandbaby is all that matters to him.
“I’m looking forward to doing that as a grandfather. Retire and get fat and move to Miami,” he stated.
It’s unclear when Britney is due, but Ja is beyond ready to meet the newest member of the family. Just days ago, Britney and Tevin revealed they were having a baby girl, though the due date remains unknown.
