Pooh Shiesty mug shot

Judge Denies Pooh Shiesty’s Bond Even Though Security Guard Recants Story

Dang Pooh! As his fame continues to rise, rapper Pooh Shiesty will have to celebrate his success behind bars.

At least until July 22. The rapper was arrested earlier this month for his connection to a shooting in Miami, Florida.

He was granted a bond, but a judge soon revoked it over his involvement in another shooting in October 2020.

Despite King of Diamonds security guard Frivin Dor recanting his story, the judge still insisted that the rapper remains behind bars until his preliminary hearing on July 22, the Miami Herald reported.

It’s also been reported that federal authorities are seeking to press charges over the 2020 incident that they claim resulted from a drug deal gone bad.

As for the KOD shooting, it allegedly took place during Memorial weekend. Purportedly money fell from Pooh Shiesty’s pocket, and patrons of the club attempted to grab it. From there, everything went south. The warrant says Dor escorted the rapper from the club, and once outside, Shiesty took the guard’s gun and opened fire.

Authorities say Dor was shot in the ankle by the rapper. But now Dor is recanting his story, saying he doesn’t even remember speaking with authorities because he was on painkillers at the time.

If convicted, the rapper faces 20 years in prison.
