Kanye West Could Face Charges After Cops Say There Is Enough Evidence In Battery Case

Kanye West may end up being charged for allegedly attacking a fan outside an L.A. hotel after cops determined there is enough evidence for the case.

According to TMZ, law enforcement sources claim cops are almost through with their investigation into the case and will soon hand their findings over to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office will decide whether to file any criminal charges against the billionaire artist.

Ye has been under investigation for allegedly punching an autograph seeker who approached him in DTLA.

Paparazzi video of the altercation showed the man laid out on the ground while Kanye angrily screamed at his associates. Sources told TMZ the autograph seeker suffered a broken nose.
