Kanye West revealed on Parler that he was restricted from Instagram yet again.
He wrote, “Got kicked off Instagram for 30 days,” in response to a comment he made about Jewish people to Russell Simmons.
According to the post, Ye responded to Simmons’s request to “be the bridge and fight white supremacy” with anti-Semitic comments. He continued to post antisemitic comments on Parler after sharing that he had been banned from Instagram on Monday.
“We may place restrictions on accounts that repeatedly break our rules. For example, we may temporarily restrict them from posting, commenting, or sending DM’s,” the spokesperson said.
Recently, Ye has been banned from Twitter and Instagram due to his anti-Semitic outbursts this past month.
“In a world where conservative opinions are considered to be controversial, we have to make sure we have the right to freely express ourselves,” Ye said.
Parlement Technologies, Parler’s parent company, said in a statement that Ye “is taking a bold stance against his recent censorship from Big Tech, using his far-reaching talents to lead the fight further to create a truly non-cancelable environment.”
