Karrueche Tran says that she has been trying to serve Chris Brown the temporary restraining order a judge issued last month, but her efforts have been in vain. She says that the singer has been dodging service at least three times, so for her own safety, she’s going back to the judge.
According to TMZ, Karrueche and Chris are headed to court on Thursday where they will face off. In an effort to make the restraining order permanent, Karrueche will provide proof showing that Chris is a threat. TMZ says that Karrueche wants Chris to stay away from her for three years or go to jail.
You may recall that, in a sworn statement, Karruche told a judge that Chris Brown had been threatening her life. She says that the singer has been telling friends that he was going to kill her and that he’s also been violent towards her and her friends. Brown has already been ordered to stay 100 yards from Karrueche and her family members.
