Singer Kehlani and popular online Trump supporter Christian Walker exchanged words during a heated run-in at a Starbucks.
The now viral encounter was captured on video by Walker and shared on social media Wednesday. Things supposedly took a turn when the “Beautiful Lies” star was in her vehicle ahead of Walker ordering her coffee. She allegedly called Walker an “a**hole” and cautioned the barista to be “safe around him.” From Walker’s vehicle, he yelled, “You’re so rude, or you wouldn’t be telling barista workers that I’m an a**hole.”
While it is unclear what may have led to Kehlani saying this, Walker exited his vehicle and confronted her, keeping his phone camera filming the entire time.
“Get your drink and go away. I can have an opinion like everybody else. Why are you entitled to an opinion and not me?” he yelled at Kehlani.
“You’re the a**hole. Get your drink and go,” Walker demanded.
In the video, Kehlani is seen saying something to him, but much of her answer is inaudible.
The conservative social media personality shared the footage on Twitter to his 264k followers, calling the star a “mediocre singer that everyone’s forgotten about.”
Many fans commended Kehlani for her calm demeanor during the ordeal. The star took to her Instagram Story to share that she was receiving therapy at that moment.
“I was on in virtual therapy session that entire time. Therapy works babes. I’m proof,” she wrote.
It does not appear that the two had any other words with one another.
