“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans might not have an official release date for Season 17 yet, but the cast is making sure we don’t go hungry for drama. On Saturday, Drew Sidora took to social media to put newbie Kelli Ferrell’s business on blast, filming herself standing outside a locked restaurant.

“My kids wanted chicken and waffles, so I came to support my girl, and it is a lockbox on the door,” Drew told her followers, appearing confused that the location was shut down just months after its grand opening. Drew didn’t hide the shade, adding, “I guess I gotta go to Waffle House,” a comment that didn’t sit well with the restaurateur.
Kelli was quick to clap back, making it clear she wasn’t going to let Drew play with her livelihood for the cameras. In a fiery response, Kelli dubbed her “Drowning Drew” and explained that while one spot is being relocated, her other restaurant is very much in business. She even took a personal dig at Drew’s history with the brand, claiming, “I personally made sure you and your entire family left FED for FREE.”
Kelli didn’t stop there, accusing the actress of reaching for a viral moment because her performance during filming was supposedly lackluster.
“I get it, you’re scrambling for a storyline, WE know you GAVE NOTHING all season,” Kelli wrote in her IG Stories.
The back-and-forth got even more personal as Kelli attacked Drew’s professional life and romantic history. She dismissed Drew’s current career moves as “low-budget movies” and “imaginary business ventures,” telling her to keep her name out of her “dry mouth.” Kelli topped it all off by referencing Drew’s messy divorce and dating life, suggesting, “Maybe you can get a man that actually claims you.”
With production for Season 17 wrapped and the ladies already at each other’s throats on the timeline, the upcoming episodes are looking more explosive than ever. Kelli’s parting shot to Drew, tagging her directly and telling her to “Call me next time, boo,” proves that the drama isn’t over.
As Drew once said during a heated reunion, “The truth always comes out,” and fans are ready to see how this waffle war actually started when the show finally returns to Bravo.
