Kelloggs Insta-Bowls

Kellogg’s Has a Solution For Anyone Who Runs Out of Milk [Video]

Have you ever poured yourself a bowl of cereal and realized you have no milk in the fridge? Well, Kellogg’s is offering a remedy to the instant anger that overcomes one in such instances: add water.

Yes, you read that correctly. The company, which has been a household name for decades, has introduced a line of Insta-bowls equipped with your favorite cereals such as Frosted Flakes and Apple Jacks. However, these bowls include something a little extra: milk powder. When cold water meets the powder, the milk rehydrates. Within seconds, your cereal will be saturated with the dairy liquid and ready to enjoy immediately.

Kellogg’s Marketing Director Chris Stolsky is quite pleased with the company’s latest innovation, proclaiming the bowl “can go with you wherever.”

The inaugural lineup also includes Raisin Bran Crunch and Froot Loops and is available now at select Walmart stores. If your nearest store does not have them in stock, don’t fret. Walmart.com can ship the new Kellogg’s snack anywhere.

Insta-bowls use a process that evaporates the H20 and leaves behind the milk component. Stolsky says the company is now exploring plant-based powders but is taking its time to ensure the quality remains the same.

If you’re looking to try these on-the-go breakfast meals, you may do so for only $1.98.
