It’s Christmas Day and after only one game the New York Knicks have proven to have a pretty strong team defensively. I’m pretty sure the Celtics were caught a bit off guard but when Kevin Garnett missed a potential game tying shot at the buzzer he was NOT happy about it.
The Knicks had been leading for most of the game. Boston finally caught momentum after the half. Kevin Garnett missed a 3-Point shot that could’ve sent the game into overtime helping Boston possibly take the win. After the missed shot he was confronted by Bill Walker of the Knicks. Words were exchanged and Kevin Garnett, without hesitation, grabs Walker by the neck. Walker acted as if he didn’t want to fight until he had enough people to hold him back. Theres no word on what consequences, if any, Garnett will face for his random act of violence. The season has proven to be intense, and this was just the first game of the day!
