Kim Kardashian Buys Janet Jackson ‘If’ Video Outfit For $25,000

Kim Kardashian took to her Instagram stories this weekend to wish Janet Jackson a happy birthday. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also revealed she is now the proud owner of the singer’s 1993 “If” music video outfit.

“For @janetjackson’s bday bc I’m such a fan I can’t believe I won this on juliens_auctions,” the reality star and mogul wrote. 

Julien’s Auctions recently held a three-day event to honor Jackson’s birthday. In a press release, the collection up for auction was made up of more than 1,000 items. According to the auction house, the custom-made outfit sold for $25,000. 

“A portion of the proceeds from the auction will benefit Compassion International, a global child-advocacy ministry that partners with churches around the world to release children from spiritual, economic, social, and physical poverty,” a press release from Julien’s stated.
