Kim Kardashian Opens Up About Her Split From Pete Davidson: “It’s Obviously Sad”

Kim Kardashian has addressed her breakup with Pete Davidson.

During the season three premiere of The Kardashians, the SKIMS founder discussed her split from the former ‘Saturday Night Live’ star.

“OK, I’m single,” Kim said in a confessional interview. “I’m single and I’m not ready to mingle and that’s OK.”

In the episode, Kim was questioned by Scott Disick about her emotions regarding the breakup, considering it marks her first breakup since divorcing Kanye West. Without directly mentioning Pete, Kim responded, “Breakups are just not my thing…I’m proud of myself.”

She continued, “We just had talks and talks, we had been talking about it. So it was both of us just communicating really well about it. It’s obviously sad.”

Additionally, the 42-year-old emphasized her inclination towards long-term relationships rather than casual encounters, highlighting her nine-month relationship with Pete. Kim also mentioned the notable remarks made by her ex regarding both her and Pete, which garnered significant media attention.

“There was a lot of guilt,” Kim added, “he went through a lot because of my relationship.”

Furthermore, Kim acknowledged that she occasionally harbors apprehensions about discovering a potential future partner.

“I go back and forth in my feelings sometimes like, ‘Uh, who’s ever gonna wanna date me? I have four kids, I’m in my 40s, you know? Like, oh my god, who’s gonna wanna deal with the drams?'” Kim said. “But my person will be like, ‘F*ck all of that, it’s gonna be hard but we’re together and we’re gonna do this.’ So I’m just waiting for that person.”
