Krispy Kreme is Giving Away Two Doughnuts to People Who Can Show Proof of at Least One Vaccination Shot

Krispy Kreme is offering free doughnuts all week for those who can show they’ve gotten at least one COVID-19 vaccine shot.

From Aug. 30 through Sept. 5, Krispy Kreme will give away two free doughnuts to every person who gets at least one vaccination shot for Rona. To get your sweet treat, you must show your valid vaccination card as proof.

“The FDA approving one of the vaccines is a meaningful step in making people a lot more comfortable with how they take vaccines,” Krispy Kreme CEO Mike Tattersfield told USA Today. “And if we can encourage folks, we’re giving away a second doughnut next week that will be in the shape of a heart.”

As part of Krispy Kreme’s weeklong “Show Your Heart” offer, they are giving away free doughnuts and a heart-shaped glazed doughnut, which is also available for purchase. Once the week is over, one free doughnut for proof vaccination will continue until the end of 2021.
