The legal drama between boxing champ Devin Haney and his ex, social media personality Leena Sayed, just took another unexpected turn. After months of headlines, restraining orders, and lawsuits, Sayed is now walking back key details that fueled the fire in the first place.
In a recent Instagram Story, Sayed addressed growing speculation around her past statements, writing, “The news reports that alleged that I said I was physically harmed by Devin were not accurate.” She went on to stress that she and Haney are now focused on co-parenting their daughter and moving forward as peacefully as possible.

This comes months after Sayed filed for a restraining order against Haney, during which she alleged that he physically assaulted her while she was pregnant.
Haney has always denied those accusations and later hit back legally, filing a defamation and extortion lawsuit against Sayed. In his legal response, he claimed her statements severely damaged his image and career. He also filed a separate civil suit seeking the return of hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of gifts.
Now, with Sayed’s public reversal, it appears both parties are looking to shift away from the legal chaos and focus on their roles as parents. Her message didn’t offer a full explanation for the turnaround but emphasized a desire for peace and a united front for the sake of their daughter.
Haney has not responded publicly to her statement.
