Lesean McCoy Has Proof He Never Touched ‘Party Bus Accuser’

As we’ve previously reported, last month a woman using the alias of Mary Roe sued Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy claiming he invited she and 14 other women to party with him on a party bus from Philly to NYC in December 2012. Roe claimed that she was sprayed with a beverage but when she didn’t want to go along with the horseplay LeSean and his friends humiliated her then tossed her off his bus. Roe was suing Mc Coy and another man she believes to be his body guard for $50,000 but according to McCoy, he is innocent.

The NFL star has filed new documents in his case that he says proves he never touched Roe. McCoy has received text messages that Roe, real name Brandi, sent to someone else detailing that McCoy never physically touched her. She does mention however that LeSean had his body guards rough her up.
