Malcolm X’s Family Claim New Letter Exposes NYPD And FBI Conspired To Murder Him

Malcolm X’s family is demanding his murder case be reopened after claiming that a letter they now have reveals that the NYPD and FBI were directly involved his death.

The three surviving daughters of the late civil rights leader held a news conference this weekend to ask the Manhattan D.A. to re-open the case and examine the new evidence they claim to have, evidence which reports showing a conspiracy at the highest levels.

The family claims to have a letter written by a former NYPD officer named Raymond Wood, who often worked undercover and allegedly confessed on his death bed that his superiors had instructed him to get some of Malcolm’s security team arrested in the days before his assassination.

The letter reportedly explains that higher-ups instructed wood to lure a couple of guards into committing crimes just days before Malcolm’s assassination, which would have them in police custody, far away from the event at the Audubon Ballroom on Feb. 21, 1965.

Wood believed that if those men had been free and working for Malcolm on the day he was killed, they would’ve been handling door security and things might’ve gone differently.

The timing of their arrests was definitely not a coincidence either, the letter explains. Wood explicitly stated that the FBI and NYPD planned for it to happen exactly this way so that the people who fatally shot Malcolm would have fewer issues getting inside the famed Audubon Ballroom armed.
