Man In The Bronx Caught On Camera Throwing 55-Year-Old Woman Onto Train Tracks

A man was caught on camera throwing a woman onto subway tracks in the Bronx borough of New York.

A man was seen throwing a 52-year-old woman onto the train tracks of a subway at Jackson Avenue station at around 4:45 p.m. on Sunday. Thankfully, no train was approaching, but the woman did hit the pavement before falling onto the roadbed, The New York Post reports.

According to the news outlet, footage captured by surveillance cameras showed the unidentified man was wearing a baseball cap backward with a white tank top. The video shows the man using both his hands to grab the woman and toss her onto the tracks.

Police say the woman was immediately taken to Lincoln Hospital after bystanders helped her get up from the tracks and back onto the platform. She is in stable condition, authorities say.

Police are asking that anyone with information on the suspect please call NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
