That’s Baller: Meek Mill Drops $200k On Dream Catcher Chain

Fresh out of his management deal with Roc Nation, Meek Mill spent some serious bread on upgrading his Dream Chasers chain.

TMZ reports that the rapper dropped $200k on the diamond-studded piece designed after a Native American dream catcher. A dream catcher is meant to protect sleepers from bad dreams by catching them while letting good dreams pass through.

Meek’s dream catcher is covered in 100 carats worth of diamonds and emblazoned with his Dream Chaser label’s signature “DC” initials. The gems are a mix of round stones, solitaire emeralds, and baguettes.

The back is reportedly engraved with the phrase “Dream chasers catch dreams.”

The dream catcher was designed by Don The Jeweler of Status Jewelers. According to the outlet, Don and Meek met at a Rock Nation event. Young Thug and Gunna gave the Atlanta-based jeweler a co-sign, with Thugger calling him “the G.O.A.T.”

Meek and Don spent the next year designing the elaborate Dream Chasers chain. It was hand-delivered to Meek during Rolling Loud Miami last month.
