Meek Mill took to social media Wednesday to respond to a wave of resurfaced stories about a 2014 birthday party hosted by Diddy, accusing media outlets of targeting Black men with sensationalized narratives.
The renewed attention stems from a Daily Mail report detailing the extravagant Las Vegas party, which has been picked up by outlets like Page Six, reigniting conversations around Meek Mill’s ties to Diddy. The story described the event held at the Parisian Palace as a wild celebration involving exotic dancers, lingerie-clad performers, and a naked sushi model. Property manager Jason Haight shared video footage and claimed the aftermath of the party included discarded condoms, bloodstained bedding, and remnants of drug use. In response, Meek released a series of tweets calling out the media for what he sees as deliberate attempts to tarnish his name and the image of Black men in general.

The rapper also questioned the timing of these stories, suggesting they are part of a larger pattern of discrediting Black men. He expressed frustration with PR professionals who once surrounded him, writing, “Just think about it—you are waking up to a bunch of non black owned publication posting major lies about me!
