Megan Thee Stallion Opens Up About Protecting Her Personal Space

Megan Thee Stallion is working on a new album and dealing with a meteoric rise to fame, but above anything else, she takes her personal space very seriously.

The Houston rapper sat down with Essence Magazine and opened up about the importance of staying balanced.

Her success has come at some hefty costs, and her journey has made her justifiably guarded. Hot Girl Meg told the magazine, “There are probably approximately four people around me on a daily basis,” she revealed. “I don’t see a lot of people, I don’t talk to a lot of people, because I feel like it’s not good for me. I figured out that my personal space is what keeps me balanced, and it’s what keeps me centered.”

Instead, Megan said she chooses to focus on her self-improvement. “Every time I make a move, I’m like, ‘Okay, how can we be better than Megan last month?’” she says. “‘How can we be better than Megan last year?’”
