Michael Rubin isn’t letting wild rumors about Meek Mill slide.
During his recent appearance on The Breakfast Club, he shut down those questioning Meek’s sexuality.
He didn’t hold back, saying, “If Meek was gay—he’s not—but if he was, who cares? It’s 2024. Who the fuck cares? But there’s not a gay bone in his body, so why lie about it?”
He added, “One thing I’ve noticed about Black culture that I don’t like is how we sometimes tear each other down. It’s sad.”
The rumors started in 2021 when a video of Meek performing the bunny hop on a tennis court went viral.
Fans and users were quick to speculate, but Meek shut it down fast. He explained, “That was a game we started in prison, making guys do bunny hops when they lost because it was too hostile for money.”
Meek kept it lighthearted, though, saying, “I’m gonna get Rubin to bunny hop for me, okay? I’m gonna teach him the DThang hop!”
Rumors started circulating again recently when people started linking Meek to Diddy, who’s currently facing several sexual assault lawsuits.
