Migos member Kiari Cephus, better known as Offset was arrested Thursday in Atlanta.
The rapper was pulled over and officers discovered he was driving with a suspended license.
If you recall, Offset was just released from prison in December, after serving eight months for felony possession of cocaine, Oxycontin, codeine and charges for carrying a loaded weapon in a school zone. He reached a plea agreement and received five years probation.
TMZ reports that according to Offset’s lawyer, Drew Findling, the Migos rapper thought the $316 fine for the suspended license and failure to appear in court had been paid, but obviously it hadn’t.
Offset is set to be released on bail Friday.
