Last year, a Washington woman accused rapper #Nelly of sexual assault after a nightclub appearance in Seattle. But now, after months of legal back and forth, the two have agreed to drop the case, once and for all.
According to Bossip, Monique Green filed new legal docs, claiming to have come to an agreement with Nelly to toss the civil rape case, in which she accused the rapper of raping her on his tour bus after an appearance.
Though it remains unclear if the two came to a financial agreement in the case, Bossip reports that each party will pay for their own legal fees, in the wake of the case dismissal.
