Nene Leakes Thinks the Real Housewives Franchise is ‘Starless’: “All Of The Stars That Were On Any Of These Franchises, They Took Them Off” [Video]

Nene Leakes guest hosted “The Breakfast Club” Tuesday and shared her thoughts on Bravo’s Real Housewives series. According to miss Leakes, the current franchises are “starless.”

Leakes addressed Real Housewives of Potomac’s Robyn Dixon’s admission that her husband, Juan Dixon, had an affair with another woman while they were engaged.

Leakes then called Dixon “starless,” which promoted Dj Envy and Charlamagne Tha God to question what she meant.

“These girls on these shows just aren’t stars, like if you really look at it, all of the stars that were on any of these franchises, they took them off, and everybody that’s left are starless,” she responded.

She also implied that the ratings are down and she doesn’t watch the show. However, she did admit to watching clips that “come down social media.”

When Charlamagne said he thinks Robyn and fellow cast mate Gizelle Bryant are stars, Leakes questioned, “Oh, you do?…OK then.”

A clip was played of Robyn accusing the woman who had an affair with Juan of trying to become famous off of them.

“So the sidepiece was going to become famous off of them, but are they famous?” Leakes questioned after hearing the recording. Leakes went on to say there is a difference between being famous and known.

The hosts then asked Leakes if she thought Gizelle was famous. She replied with a hard “no.” She was also asked about Kandi, and initially, she implied the same.

Charlamagne said he thinks the ladies on the RHOP and RHOA are famous.

“Kandi is famous,” Envy chimed in. Nene then said she would say Kandi is famous, but when it came to everyone else, she “doesn’t see it.”

“I think they’re known.”
